Venue, Date & Time
This event will be conducted on Phillip Island (beach TBC on day), and all competitors are to meet at Woolamai Surf Life Saving Club car park, 0700hrs on 20th & 21st October 2024 for final instructions concerning the venue. Event may run at alternate locations depending upon prevailing conditions. Please be prepared to travel to other surfing locations.
Time: 0700 hours.
Facilities
BBQ facilities and toilets may be available pending decision on where the event is held. BYO refreshments to events.

Special Instructions
If insufficient entries in any age group category, that event will not be run (minimum of 3.)
All entrants are expected to assist with judging, set up & pack up. We have acquired the services of Phillip Island Boardriders Club to assist with the Live Heats format.
All entrants with First Aid qualifications may be called upon if required.
LONGBOARD EQUIPMENT RULES: · The board length is minimum 9 feet measured from the nose to the tail on the deck of the surfboard. No exceptions!
Competitors MUST supply their own equipment.

Teams & Individual Events
You are now required to enter and pay online for both individual and team events i.e. payment is now required for both individual and team events.
